There was absolutely no trust with any of the overnight managers. Sad excuse for that store.
Support from management
Overnight manager was not a good leader. He was always insulting other employees, and gossiping.
My coworker was great, can't say the same for everyone else.
Freedom to work independently
When there were big trucks, and one department in particular was overwhelmed with work, the manager did nit really care.
Nothing. No communication with other associates who wanted to learn more, and they just brushed aside the fact that didn't need to know.
Office / Work Environment
Was way too hot in that store.
Pretty sure they didn't care about anything else besides making money and cutting hours to get their bonuses.
I worked the overnight shift, so my daily life was practically non existent.
I was always proud of my work, can't day the managers ever appreciated it.
Inclusive / Diverse
No opinions needed. They do it their way, our no way at all.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the managers and bring new people in who care about their work and are passionate about what they are doing.
What I like about the company
I liked most of the people I worked with. My former coworker.
What I dislike about the company
They lack any type of leadership skills, manager wise.
