Suggestions for improvement
- More transparency and understanding from higher management/administration. More oversight of why tasks are not completed or how they are completed. Ensure tasks are being done as opposed to paperwork being completed to look like it is done. More unity and support between departments
What I like about the company
Coworkers have been amazing and make great teammates which makes the work place enjoyable. New CEO is supportive and approachable.
What I dislike about the company
Allow direct service providers to be involved in decisions and changes. Have higher administration be knowledgeable and have experience with how direct service positions so they can make informed decisions instead of basing decisions and changes off of "ideal" circumstances.
