My direct Coach commended his employees but not all Coaches did that.
Support from management
I had a great Coach but there we're only a few team leads that were really there when you needed the help.
I relied a lot on my Co workers that sat around me.
Freedom to work independently
It us a call center, you get calls that are in que. If another employee stays in wrap up for an extended period if time, you will in turn get more calls then they will.
I did not recieve a QA evaluation or was jot informed of one for several weeks. A lot of the time I had to ask about my QA score/evaluation.
Overall compensation for your work
No access to benefits till after 90 day probation is up.
If you call off you get a point, if you are late you risk points. They do not accommodate to anyone with a family that need different hours. It is the need of the business not the employee.
There is no job security, this company has a very high turn over rate. You could be fired for one persons opinion on how a call was taken.
The work is not at all challenging it's just basically the same thing call after call. It may not be easy for some.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treatment of employees better, instead of firing someone with a spotless record with the company try other disciplinary actions.
What I like about the company
I enjoyed my job with Accent, I did well for the program I worked on. To me it was extremely easy and I got the hang of it quickly.
What I dislike about the company
If you make one mistake you could be fired in the spot. Even if you had no write ups or warnings in the past and little to no points.
