Not recommend.The leadership is grossly incompetent and the work environment is oppressive. Violations of labor laws
Oppressive and micromanaged.
Workload is to excessive for any teamwork
High turnover and consistent understaffing
Freedom to work independently
Micromanaged to the extreme. No independent decision making.
Management has not been trained on leadership skills and violations of labor laws are common. All feedback is negative
Attitude towards older colleagues
Extreme micromanagement even for very experienced workers.
Overall compensation for your work
Fixed pay scale way below industry average. Do not expect any raises.
Office / Work Environment
Morale is beyond terrible.
Expect to spend fifty hours a week and be paid for forty, even if non exempt.
Lack of understanding of labor laws make this a perilous place to work for protected groups
The only thing challenging is the excessive workload.

- Requires competent leadership from top down. Managers need basic leadership training at a minimum
