Company relies solely on internet based training for employee with which they're isn't taking seriously.
Good base compensation plan
Disengaged leadership, ill-informed, poor interaction from Regional Director downward, Regional Director blames subordinates for his failures.
Good core values no execution of them
Expectations were not realistic in the collection part of it
Team work was apparent not all ways cultured for success
Yes for the most part
They were at communicating unrealistic expectation, but had to give that they were good at it
No real sense of culture. Stores are far apart and do not interact much besides weekly conference calls
Management is difficult to get ahold of and encourages breaking of company policies in order to reach sales goals and collection goals.
Everything is tightly regimented and micromanaged
Supposed to have regular quarterly results and sales meetings. These are frequently pushed back or canceled altogether
