Support from management
I was promised supervision and was given none; my work schedule did not allow me much professional development, and one manager allowed me to take some classes for a couple weeks to renew my license.
They shoved me in a room (once you can get one) and made me a diagnostic hack.
Freedom to work independently
The bad news was I was on my own. The good news was I was on my own.
If you like demands and being told how management mediocrity is your fault it was great.
Overall compensation for your work
Bottom of the barrel. No raises for me, but they sure hated to see me leave. Somehow the doctors all got raises.
Office / Work Environment
I loved my coworkers.
Only what you can carve out for yourself.
You could be fired at any time for any reason.
If you call having to do 4 or 5 diagnostic assessments per day and staying 9 to 10 hours of paperwork.
What I dislike about the company
I was promised supervision and received none. I did way more work for less pay. I was scheduled as much as 9 hours straight with no breaks. They shorted my paycheck 7 times this past year as much as $500. Some employees had a take home check of $100 as a result and still had mortgages to pay. Why they kept some of the management is way beyond me.
