Support from management
I had managers that had no clue what I did as an outside technician. They berated first and apologized later. This was frequently.
Suggestions for improvement
- The company needs to evaluate the managers, because they can't keep the talented employees.
What I like about the company
The owners are great visionaries.
What I dislike about the company
Managers constantly blaming others instead of resolving issues. Employees find work arounds instead of dealing with weak managers.
