Suggestions for improvement
- More frequent communications which summarizes operating results - what is going well - what are the challenges. Allow employees to understand their role in the larger scope of work.
What I like about the company
CEO and founder - very smart and personable - always straightforward. Mostly accepting culture internally - very personable group of employees.
What I dislike about the company
Several difficult and almost belligerent employees. New executive hires were not transparent and moved to replace some independent thinkers with "yes" people.
