The leadership does not communicate very well. Between 6 partners, decrees are sent out and changed on a weekly basis. Employees are not involved in any decision making and are not supported by any decisions.
The only criteria that is really important is whether or not you will stick around. I was there for a year and was not offered any kind of encouragement or hope for advancement. The typical time period between a temp being brought on and hired full time is 3 months. My supervisor approached the leadership several times about hiring me on full time but it was never discussed. I would also add that this was not a performance based decision.
