Directors tell you not to do some thing, and then when asked by HR why you did not do it, you explain you were directed not to...they let you go and keep your director.
Teamwork is not supported.
They only communicate with you after the fact.
Overall Compensation for your work
Salaries are a joke. Raises are non-existent up to 2% annually. The benefits get smaller each year, and cost more out of pocket.
