Suggestions for improvement
Don't have favorites and give the harder jobs to only the hard workers (almost as punishment) just because they can handle it ....they baby the slower workers and workers that don't have good work ethic and enable them by only having them do the easier jobs which pay the same as the crappier jobs...they need a mandatory rotation which gives EVERYONE cross-training....because it IS NOT fair! Or at least have an incentive pay for the harder workers....or higher pay for the more strenuous jobs!....take a good look at the Supervisors....watch them....A few of them are a complete joke!
