Clueless, no focus, no company vision for growth or forward thinking
Micromanagement is out of control and inhibits a good teamwork environment
Complete lack of communication. Any communication that does happen is management blaming someone else for company failure.

Office / Work Environment
Low moral due to high turnover rate, management constantly threatening your employment, though they are the ones causing the turnover.
No brand awareness, poor Marketing, bad reputation with former employees
Completely disorganized on appropriate duties to match job title and role, busy work created to keep people busy
Inclusive / Diverse
Same old technology from 20 years ago, newer projects are either left unfinished or not given the right resources to be successful.
