Suggestions for improvement
- Pay people what they are worth and listen to the needs of the employees. The employees make the company. There are naturally things needed to keep things running but it shouldn't interfere with patient care. In this business of helping children, money shouldn't be top priority, patient care should be, but ensuring your employees are well taken care of and supported ensures that your patient care continues. It's a cycle, and if done right its incredible.
What I like about the company
Clinically the staff is amazing. They're supportive and helpful and work together as a team, within their own departments. They use individualized approaches that allow development and collaboration between all services needed and keep a professional attitude at all times while delivering empathetic, personalized care.
What I dislike about the company
Administration needs to be more professional and more empathetic. Corporate doesn't provide enough support to their employees and constantly adds work while providing minimal payment and maximum criticism. Locally, administrative staff doesn't tend to the needs of clients, and often places things on a back burner for their personal life.
