Company culture is good unless the deem you are not needed and then they create an environment to justify getting rid you.
Support from management
upper management is only concerned about hitting numbers to get their bonuses.
most employees do work well in a team environment.
Freedom to work independently
management is second guessing most things a person does even though they don't have the knowledge to know the proper way to do things.
many people will not let a person know there is problem until the project is ready to be released and then they speak up.
challenging but for the wrong reasons. it is challenging because people will not say what is needed and refuse to make a decision until they are force to by a time limit or customers.
What I like about the company
Fair pay, non-management employees are good.
What I dislike about the company
upper level managers only care about hitting numbers for their bonuses. No long term support meaning managers only want to do a job good enough for the short term not long term. If a person is not liked by management they create an atmosphere to make that person look bad to get rid of them.
