What I like

Most things I liked were removed from the company in the past 6 months including free meals once a month, team building outings etc...

What I dislike

The hours are long and the players can be hostile, constantly you would work 10 hours and then still be needed for more overtime, 10 hours is the minimum for employees. You must provide your own uniform in which you must pay to have altered with all pockets sewn shut including front, back and shirt breast pockets, company is willing to compensate $35 for clothes that will cost you over $100 after there alterations are made. Parking has become a nightmare and is currently offsite on the weekends forcing employees to show up an hour early to catch a shuttle in to work also making employees stay upwards of an hour waiting for the shuttle to return them to their vehicles. Supervisors do not communicate with the staff overall the management is very young and the lack of maturity is evident. The company is partnered with the Casino as well as the Commerce casino as is such both companies tend to mirror each other in the case it is the industries two lowest paying companies attempting to drive down the staff salaries and the turn over rate is ridiculous I personally witnessed an average of 1-2 employees quitting every week. You are also responsible for the gaming badges which are required for the job this will cost you nearly $1000 your first year and around $500 every two years after as long as you are employed, this is something most companies provide to the employees however due to the high turnover rate ACME can not afford to provide this. You will sit 8-10 hours most days on 1 game in a chair that ha little to no back support many bankers develop back and shoulder problems.

Suggestions for improvement

A major work over is needed for this company currently they are unable to maintain proper staffing for the casino they are in and will be moving to a bigger casino within a few months and will run into more staff issues which will force non management employees to pick up the slack. Pay increase would help with employee retention as well as better working conditions.
