Suggestions for improvement
- Pay your employees a decent salary and give cost of living raises. Some older employees make less than a new hire. Give your employees a reason to work hard, not a reason to feel like they are being watched.
What I like about the company
It is a job.
What I dislike about the company
They pay more to keep track of employees than they do in paying employees a decent salary. They do not give raises unless you are one of the few promoted.
