flexible hours,nice people,payed holidays,get incentives.No raises,lots of driving,& constant change with work projects
Suggestions for improvement
- Give raises is number one. Lessen the routes for RCM so not driving so far from their territory. Stop promising manufacturers with projects that are difficult to excute when there are so many other things that the RCM are already trying to accomplish.
What I like about the company
Managers and team employees are very helpful and friendly. Flexible with hours and vacation/paid time off. Paid holidays off. Incentives earned with certain manufacturers that work with our company.
What I dislike about the company
No raises given is the biggest, lots of driving all over (more than should be required), constant projects given and constantly changing. Promising manufacturers things that the company shouldn’t which come down on the RCM shoulders to execute.
