Suggestions for improvement
- Increase compensation and benefits. Fitness Center on site.
There is a subtle line between production staff and salaried employees. The company seems to favor the non production employees and promote them faster.
Production and Engineering staff work well to find ways to streamline processes and resolve other production issues.
A lot of micro management
Production staff are the last to know the conditions of the company from a performance stand point.
Claims of work / Life balance are 90 percent work and 10 percent life
They lie to make themselves look good
Teamwork comes down to you. I worked in a network design position where the salesman sold, the project managed, the FE gathered data for design. When one cog of the wheel drops the ball and doesn't do their job it always seemed to be my problem to fix
