Owner lacks communication skills. Manager lies and changes her story.
The servers are all it for themselves. No one works together. Ever.

Suggestions for improvement
- Try compassion as a human being. Dont fire people over medical problems. Get rid of the people who have been there forever they are sick in old ways and unable to change for the better.

What I dislike about the company
Servers go through a hazing initiation process to see if they will make it. Several of the girls that have been there a long time are so cruel they have made many people cry at work. The owner is a jerk whose only communication is yelling or insults or through the head server. It is also very dirty and full of bugs.
