No leadership at all. New managers have no clue how to be a leader.
Lots of work on your own
Suggestions for improvement
- Need to revamp the top managers. They are new to the roll but have no clue how to be leaders. Moral is at a all time low. Be ready for high turn over as long as you have bad management
I dislike about the employer
Was promised and told I would be moved up. New management never gave a truthful response as to why they didn't promote from within the company. Company does not care about employees. As the holidays came and went top management never wished or acknowledged the holiday season. Was told they were going to have a lunch for everyone but a "meeting was called for top management" turns out they just went to a steak house. Might want to not post your lunch celebration on Facebook if you are going to lie to your employees about a meeting
