- Value the lower level employees by showing appreciation and reasonableness. Not just as numbers & pawns.
What I like about the company
Like the ability to work remotely. Likable peers.
What I dislike about the company
Poor top level management. Don't keep their word. Little regard or loyalty for lower level employees. Low pay. Extremely reactive instead of proactive. Poor training. Constant terminating of lower level employees seems to bring joy and job justification to some management personnel. Though the lower level employees are this companies greatest asset with the highest expectation from top management, the rewards and treatment are negative and hypocritical.
