Support from Management
When presenting problems to management they lacked acknowledging the concern and brushed it to the side Complaints should of been handled better
Most of the time OSHA was followed but eye glasses weren't worn at all times by all personnel in the shop.
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to employees concerns and acknowledge appropriately. Better paid time off. Less hours per shift
