District manager micro- manages. Training is non-existent. You're expected to self train and what you learn from company policy and procedures books is in vein for DM changes interpretation of policy and procedures on a daily basis.
Suggestions for improvement
- District managers across the board need to be either retrained in employee relations or replaced
- Management scale needs to be increased to more reflect that of true cost of living. Assistant managers should be 14-17 an hour and GM needs to be in the range of $50,000.
