They have provided great training, and let me go out on my own and learn by experience

  • I would allow employees to work 4 10 hour days, or 9 hours, with every other friday off, for more family time.

What I like about the company

My bosses have made sure that i am on a positive career path, with the chance to advance within the company.

I wish the base salary were slightly higher

very fast paced environment. production driven. bonuses for hitting our goals.

  • progressive company........ long hours, office politics, corporate politics, passive - aggressive culture........all depends upon the people, overall good company

Great place to work. The atmosphere is like you are family.

Poor management and very poor salary also poor bonus structure.
