Suggestions for improvement
- Start with a new management team, all the way down. Put customers, employees and safety first. Stop trying to make everyone an outside work buddy and let them just do the job.
I dislike about the employer
Treats core customers very poorly. Only those willing to kiss up to the boss are retained. Good old boys club in management. Either you're in, or your out. There is a constant fear of employees to speak up or fear of being next on the layoff. During 2 years, 5 layoffs occured. Everyone is called into the lunch room then told there is a layoff today, then managers walk around and collect people to send them out the door.
