- Increase pay rate of background investigation employees to match to industry standard.

Women were never team players, never could I get training for areas at job sight
Senior workers were never respected, only in certain areas.
Never a career, to many pit falls.
No, fair ness or trust, to much here say and get to much gossip
Not all Sergents were in the same page

This has been a big major problem, no Communcation, among staff and co- workers
No, women weren't asked about career opportunities or being appreciated played favorites a lot and being disadvantage in growing with the company
