Suggestions for improvement
- Despite a motto of transparency, true transparency was lacking. Employees were informed about unethical behaviors of others, including the management, and these behaviors were never addressed. Perhaps a different tactic is to build trust. It is unfortunately no different from other addiction treatment agencies where it seems to be more like a dysfunctional family system. Change that, and it'd be golden.
