Support from management
At times, management will assist an employee. Other times, management will dock the employee points over software issues that's out of their control. Team leader's believe they're supervisors when they're not. Management is undependable and they're not always there to assist an employee.
At times, management will assist employee's with a customer's but it's a hit and miss.
Freedom to work independently
Employee's have to depend on undependable management for assistance if they're unable to assist a customer. The employee is always being recorded on the computer and on camera while sitting at a computer.
At times, management will assist employees. Communication is generally poor.
Men are treated worse than women.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The programs that are used would be unfair for an older person to learn. I believe that a younger person is more adaptable to the software. Older employee's are already in management.
I was cross-trained in another department. I believe that may assist with additional skills but I don't think it will be a permanent skill added to my resume. I don't think it will assist my career development or career advancement at all.
Overall compensation for your work
I feel like that I am over worked and underpaid.
Office / Work Environment
The temperature is usually cold. The technology that is used is undependable and has all kind's of issues.
There's no recycling present but the grounds are maintained with trash.
Due to scheduling issues, employee's will get the run around because of a scheduling error. Work schedules change on a weekly basis.
The company doesn't incite any pride into me for what I do.
I feel like everyday is my last day at work. There is a high turnover rate at the company.
There's no wheel chair ramp to get into the building.
The computer's that are used by various people aren't cleaned. For Instance, a mouse on a computer may be dirty from a previous employee. Bathroom's appear clean.
The work is overly challenged and the company is too picky with everything.

What I like about the company
I. I get paid on time.
II. $12 an hour, which is $4.75 an hour above minimum wage.
III. Office work/ No manual labor.
IV. Paid 15 minute breaks.
V. Lunch break is offered.
VI. Paid training.
VII. Cross-training occurs and it helps with burnout.
What I dislike about the company
I. Lunch breaks is supposed to be an hour but it was reduced to 30 minutes.
II. Training doesn't always help. Some training is for things that I won't be doing.
III. There is a high turnover rate for the company.
IV. Team leader's aren't always dependable.
V. Poor communication between management and staff.
VI. Scheduling errors occur every week.
VII. No benefits/ Not very good benefits.
VIII. Software error's occur frequently and management is in denial over it.
IX. Expectations are unrealistic for employee's.
X. Annual salary is $6,500 less than the national average a year.
