They are friendly when you call or pop in or they call but there is little contact.
Support from management
They are ready and willing to give you directions and suggestions.
I don't really know.
Freedom to work independently
No but only because the assignments are temporary and a person is going in to unfamiliar territory and needs to be trained for that particular job.
They make sure you are aware of changes and are ready to help you when needed.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I was treated fairly.
I believe they had some computer courses you could schedule an appointment to do in their office but they are not conveniently located for me.
Overall compensation for your work
So-So, as a temporary agency, they give you a reduced pay so they can charge the account a competative rate which means you don't get paid as much as you would with a regular position.
Office / Work Environment
Up to standards.
Depending on where you were placed.
They keep you to an 8 hour day with no forced overtime.
I guess it's okay.
I don't fall in any handicapped categories but I believe there were places.
There were no accidents that I was aware of and the one place closed the aisle when having to use a forklift to get boxes off the top shelf.
Varied and interesting but not often challenging.
Inclusive / Diverse
If I understand the question they are diverse,.
Suggestions for improvement
- They need to find more clients so they can keep their employees working. Most people can't afford to go months without work.
What I like about the company
They really wanted you.
What I dislike about the company
Couldn't keep me working and then they moved out of the area so they weren't conveniently located.
