Support from Management
Very rigid style of management. Employees have little to no say in their future or in any changes that should be made within the company. Opportunities are severely limited.
Witnessed very little teamwork. The norm was to function in a state of chaos and to react when their was a problem rather than anticipate it before it happens. Poor communication.
