Whether you're ready or not, one's input has no regard. You have no say in moving from 10 days arrear to 30 days and so forth.it's either move or else you'll have to deal with the repercussions and consequences of your actions in not wanting to.
Very few people do, those that do are reprimanded for it but yet you're told to work as a team Go figure
In 10days your coached and trained by another collector not a supervisor manager or team leader, when I was there. I was training.ed y a good collector who told me it's not my job to train you I'm not a supervisor I don't get paid extra for this I have a goal to meet they should be training you, just sit there quietly and you'll be doing this on your own in a couple days, only time u see management is when you're not doing well they ask what's the problem, if you cant do this or reach goal we're going to have to let you go.
Negative star's. Women are the only focus, majority of management is male looking to only promote women. The women there allow themselves to be dehumanized and thought of as a piece of meat. Managers, supervisors, team leaders and h.r. are always on the prowl, making advances, and the very few that are in leadership positions have to work harder than the male "leaders".
They were starting a program with University of Phoenix, I believe don't quite remember.

Salary is a joke, bonus is a joke,.
Office / Work Environment
Not while I was there. Computers would breakdown, phones, weren't enough desks or chairs, hard to get supplies. Plenty of paper though.
Employees are ways complaining about management gives preferential treatment to female's,
Not all the time was there a sense of self pride, it's never enough.
