Support from management
Upper management and house management are all messed up. They don't listen, don't care about their employees, have way to much favortism, will write you up for anything, are not appreciative, and will transfer you to the worde houses if you do something wrong. Suprised this place has not been shut down.
Suggestions for improvement
- Appreciate your employees, give raises, actually pay out when an employee leaves, be nice, give us bonuses and raises, quit treating us likr babies, the list goes on ...
