I worked there 4 years and never received a pay raise. I was not the only one. every dept. The salary you hired inn at is what you were stuck making. no yearly reviews. It is an inbound call center that was way under staffed. You would have to stay at your desk sometimes 3 hours straight until your 15 minute break, if you were late starting your shift or from lunch or break more that 3 times you were written up. 3 write ups and your fired. doesn't matter if you were sick or had a weak bladder. you clock out more that 3 times you get a write up. You were treated like a kid in elementary. HR was their to protect employees and they did nothing when people complained of the conditions. their only goal was to have a warm bodies answering calls. I WAS FIRED FOR BEING ON FMLA. Family Medical Leave Act.
