There is such a drive for the sales people to get people to sign the contract then the people in the call center in service and billing have to deal with stuff not being explained correctly
Support from Management
Suppervisors have the time had no idea what was going on and policy's would change so fast they could not keep up.
There is no teamwork between departments and not many people are willing to help you learn.
