Similar to most companies. Corporate promotes one thing, but staff slow to stay on board.
Support from Management
Early in my time with company, these goals were important, later in time very little.
In my store, I encouraged these efforts, however, in the division, these ideals were not encouraged.
Level of Autonomy
In my store, I tried to develop improvements in operations. The local mgmt was slow and/or resistant to changes the status quo.
