No support for Daily or monthly goals
Pallets stacked 8 ft high with heavy items on top
Suggestions for improvement
- better communication from Upper Management. Hire qualified staff and allow more staffing to carry out store duties and to provide better customer service.
What I dislike about the company
No support from upper management. Unrealistic sales goals set with no time to keep up store appearance or other tasks. Customer service #1 Goal without allowing enough staffing to be able to provide it adequately. Personnel hired with no knowledge of Automotive parts
