Suggestions for improvement
- I'd make the work/life balance better for employees and try and make it a more enjoyable work environment.
The morale is terrible among contractors. Company is a fraternity.
False support. Just enough encouragement to keep you from quitting.
People can talk and help each other out when needed, but it it preferred you get help from your coordinator or supervisor. Very little is team based though.
You can put headphones in and just zone out to the world and do your work without anyone bothering you. All communication can be done via email if desired.
Project Coordinators are compassionate and try to keep their teams informed and educated.
Excellent insurance plans are covered for employees. Unfortunately 75% (estimated) of workers are temporary hires.
When production goals are met, instead of lessening hours of mandatory overtime, goals are raised promptly and profits are not shared at regular intervals with respect to work produced.
