Town hall meetings are held each quarter to keep employees up to date on the progress of staff and teams. Additionally internal emails are used as a form of congratulations when a person achieves a goal. The owners are very generous and also host lunches and other fun events to show their appreciation for good teamwork.

I transitioned from a receptionist to office administrator. I attribute the support from my superiors in helping me grow professionally into the role.
