Suggestions for improvement
- Stop changing rules every other month - you need approval, you don't need approval. All agents should be given the ability to give customers their full benefit at every point - queue would move faster.
What I like about the company
Decent management, OK facility. Though if you have any issues - the nearest bathroom will be a long walk.
What I dislike about the company
Being a privately held Co. it is "Game of Thrones" and not ruled by business sense. Micro-managed (inconsistently) to death with almost 1 Director to like every 20 people - WTF?
