Suggestions for improvement

  • Stop changing rules every other month - you need approval, you don't need approval. All agents should be given the ability to give customers their full benefit at every point - queue would move faster.

What I like about the company

Decent management, OK facility. Though if you have any issues - the nearest bathroom will be a long walk.

What I dislike about the company

Being a privately held Co. it is "Game of Thrones" and not ruled by business sense. Micro-managed (inconsistently) to death with almost 1 Director to like every 20 people - WTF?

Support from management

I found that leadership was not as concerned or understanding about our most valuable resource, the agents taking calls, as they said they where.

Job Security

The only employer that I have worked for where I have seen a manager knowingly violate FMLA law.

What I like about the company

For anyone with management experience it is easy to advance quickly.

What I dislike about the company

After almost 3 years of employment I was quickly let go when health issues covered by FMLA started.

Company image getting better but still needs improvement

Support from management

Supervisor are not very knowledgable. And when asked for help they turn their back to you.

Teamwork

Don't work with everyone like they should.

When you communicate for time off its never pushed up the chain like it should

Career Development

When I was promoted I had to teach myself how to do the job. And there wasn't good feedback to better mold yourself
