  • Could be more environment friendly. Need more platform skills, running hourly contests putting colleagues head to head. It would be better for production and morale.

What I like about the company

I enjoy speaking to customers about their personal experiences and blending in with anyone to get their problems resolved quickly and efficiently.

What I dislike about the company

Management needs to interact more on a positive not just when things get bad.
