I found that leadership was not as concerned or understanding about our most valuable resource, the agents taking calls, as they said they where.
The only employer that I have worked for where I have seen a manager knowingly violate FMLA law.
I like about the employer
For anyone with management experience it is easy to advance quickly.
I dislike about the employer
After almost 3 years of employment I was quickly let go when health issues covered by FMLA started.
