Suggestions for improvement
- Treat everyone equally, listen and respond when asked to, and make the employees feel like they are as important as the training materials tell them they are. There has to be better talent placed in centers, with a good chemistry for a better team.
What I like about the company
I love helping people, and dispelling the negative image surrounding my line of work. We develop real relationships with our customers.
