What I like about the company

We get paid on time.

What I dislike about the company

When they said this would be the most stressful job I had ever had, I had no idea that they were telling the truth. I work in their Telecommunications clients project. The client violates co-employment laws. They demand we fulfill metrics that aren't reasonable and then if we do meet them they will change them mid-month so there is no way the company can bonus. Everyone in the BPO space wants this client until they have them and then they are stuck with a very bad situation. The companies method of handling the lousy client is to keep putting pressure on their employees to meet the metrics until the employees breakdown. The company discriminates against multiple types of people and are sued regularly for having a hostile work place.
