Management was very disconnected and uninvolved in any, if not all major problems and issues that greatly affected the well being and safety of the patients.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire people who have some kind of knowledge in the industry, especially if you promote "Advanced Critical Care" as your title.
What I like about the company
The fast paced workload, the doctors, most of them.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of communication and knowledge in management and superior positions. The overall quality of care to patients because of lack of staff. The unwillingness to hire experienced staff, if any at all.
