Support from Management
Never got support when needing owner to handle employees that were not doing their job.

I like about the employer
The fact that fire protection makes a difference in people's lives.
I dislike about the employer
No support, they boast that they are a career not a job & family is important to them. I only saw the opposite as a manager. I took a two week leave of absence when I had a c-section & was not supported by this, I never took lunch breaks in order to maintain my work load, never had a reprimand & was still let go after 5.5 yrs for the sheer fact that "I didn't fit into the growth plan." There was 0 reason when I asked the owner. He even asked me to never reapply with the company. While others had left to the competition & was still welcomed back & to this day do not follow company guidelines & cheat the company.
