Support from management
The employee is always wrong and is the scapegoat for everything to the client.
No raises and you're only told what needs fixed so they can manipulate it micromanage

- Get a human resource audit then listen to what they say before everyone leave
What I like about the company
The clients are good to work with.
What I dislike about the company
There is very little good about this. No comp time for the large amount of hours over the 40 you work, mileage is paid at the nonprofit rate even though they aren't nonprofit. Any time used over allotted pto is deducted from salary even though you put in much more time with evening and weekend meetings. Micromanagement. Management does not care about the employees.
