Company Culture
A very non-proactive, hypocritical, jerry springerish company culture
Internal Communication
Communication tends to fall more in the 'not occurring' to 'incomplete/inaccurate communication' categories.
Overall compensation for your work
Definitely not comparable nor fair. In addition, they can be shady and will pay you less than the HR-established pay rate designated to your job title/position for absolutely no reason beyond they can get away with it or the employee is not aware due to HR/management withholding information from the affected employee.
Environmental Friendliness
Wastes a very high volume of paper
Work-Life Balance
As long as you are non-salary, you have a better chance of not being abused and can achieve a suitable work-life balance.
Challenging Work
My work is made more challenging due to team members/medical staff not being efficient nor effective. Lack of training, proper and/or complete, has always been a problem.
Suggestions for improvement
- I see no point in answering this question. A complete overhaul would be deemed necessary for any improvements to actually stick long term.
What I like about the company
No positive personal experiences have occurred.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of staff training, proper and/or complete, continues to be a major issue. So, it is in one's best interest to ask questions and absorb as much as possible to be able to perform one's duties efficiently and effectively. Some local human resource departments are disorganized, unreliable, and/or unresponsive, which makes it difficult to get questions/issues answered/addressed.
