For the most part I agree that older employees are treated fairly. I think the real issue is how long you have been with the company not how old you are

It took 10 years to get my salary back to what I made at my previous job after 2 years

What I like about the company

We are changing our uniforms as the company has changed names (again). We are being forced to order particular colors depending on your role, we can only purchase from one company, and only a few styles to choose from. However the positive aspect is that they have been given a $150.00 credit to purchase said uniforms which is better the the $50.00 they gave us last time.

What I dislike about the company

I disapprove of how corporate we have become. We have gone from being a 'family' to being a bunch of corporate robots that are all scripted and dress exactly alike. I feel like if they could we would all be exactly alike so that we could be interchangeable. No allowance for individuality.
