It’s a positive place to work and is very mission focused. They also care a lot about their employees.
What I like
During the Coronavirus pandemic, they’re doing everything possible to not have to lay off anyone. I had to delay my wedding and my boss had been very supportive in letting me work around that.
What I dislike
Be more open to changing with the times, especially when it comes to remote work, flexible schedules, and dress code
Suggestions for improvement
Have a different PDO policy for non-hospital employees so that we don’t have to use our own PDO on holidays that we’re mandated to take off
