It's not a perfect place to work, but AHS is one of the better companies I've worked for over my career.
What I like
Your years of service are noted with each milestone (5, 10, 15 yrs, etc), and occasionally, if certain metrics are met, you might get a small bonus each year.
What I dislike
Managers are expected to follow whatever path has been laid out for them by directors and VPs. Going against the grain is definitely frowned upon.
Suggestions for improvement
There needs to be a better culture of accepting ideas that are new and different. People shouldn't feel that they must toe the line or else.
