There are issues with leadership. But it seems they are working on it. Other than that. It can be a nice place to work.

EmployeeWorked in IT at Kettering Adventist Healthcare in Dayton, OH at the time of review.

What I like

Good place to work. Lot of programs and opportunities to take advantage of. Enjoyed working with people from all over the country and learning new thngs.

What I dislike

Some front office workers however made it difficult when another contract employee were more than willing to help, but could tell (they made it obvious) that they had nothing very good to say, just mostly that we were outsiders, maybe a threat, but one front office person could be extremely bitter or feathers ruffled very easily.

Suggestions for improvement

Better benefits for employees.
