Too much run around
Support from management
The director handled all conflict situations in a very professional manner.
All the staff worked great together and were able to come together for needs of the children.
Freedom to work independently
I loved the way the director and director assistant listened to me when I made suggestions and asked for my input on many different decisions.
Overall compensation for your work
The pay was horrible and that was the reason why I left. The pay did not even consider the fact that I held a Bachelor of Science degree. It was minimum wage.
I loved the way I was able to flex my schedule if I had an appointment and work later hours or pick up more hours if needed.
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay more money based on experience and degree.
What I like about the company
I loved the location and the set up of the center.
What I dislike about the company
The fact that I was only making minimum wage and I had previous experience and a Bachelor of Science degree in the area of Child Development.
