Suggestions for improvement
- Making patients feel they care again as opposed to being just a number. I feel that the clinics/doctors need to meet a quota of patients rather than providing quality of care. Too many mistakes are made by having to meet a quota and important health concerns can fall through the cracks. I don't feel like the doctors can take the time with patients like they used to be able to do.
What I like about the company
They offer nice events for every 5 milestone years of service. Diverse culture, ability to have flex scheduling. Paid time off accrual.
What I dislike about the company
Leaders not fully understanding how to do the job of those they are leading. Not being able to follow the same dress code as our other office locations. I feel they are growing to big and want to monopolize the market as opposed to concentrating on improving what they already have.
