Support from management
Management is frantic and cut throat.
Not functioning in an honest and direct manor.
Freedom to work independently
Yes I was trusted to work independently.
Absolutely not. Because of the high turn over in management the lack
Of communication and constant change in work environment the work was not pleasant nor felt secure
Attitude towards older colleagues
Company promised advancement professionally and educationally but never made the opportunities available.
Overall compensation for your work
No...Was compensated just under the national average.
Office / Work Environment
The work life balance was ample.
I was very proud before it started changing so drastically for the worst.
Was discrimated against because of my gender and experienced retaliation. Contacted HR and was told there was nothing they could do. That they were there to make sure company wasn't getting sued -only- Filed a complaint with the state.
Yes very much so. Sadly the employer is changing for the worst.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diverse ideas and opinions are not valued. They used to be but again...the culture has ruined that.
Suggestions for improvement
- Crack down and purge the positions of power that are sexist, personally motivated, and doesn't care about employees livelihood.
What I like about the company
The experience they gave me.
What I dislike about the company
They have become extremely unstable and have allowed a genuine good feeling be extinguished for profit. They are struggling to compete and grow and the entire system is suffering through promoting/hiring the wrong people.
